★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Honda CRV from Quay Cars purely from the photos of it online and the questions I asked Ryan over the phone. Arrived on the truck yesterday and am absolutely wrapped with it, actually exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Ryan and Quay Cars as a reputable dealer especially if you are in a situation of wanting to buy a vehicle but distance makes viewing impracticable.

He offered the guaranteed buy-back option, which was ideal for my limited time frame. Ryan answered all my questions and facilitated me finding an ideal car for my needs...AA approved, road ready and I drove it off the lot without any problems. 6 months later, I brought it back and after an appraisal the funds were back in my account without a hitch! High quality customer service, great car selection, and an honest team that really listens to your needs. If you're looking for a used car, you won't get better service than Quay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never recommend them. Bought a car from them same day I picked it up had a brand new wof but got 30 seconds down the road the car window washer didn't work glove box broke. Which was a hassle to get fixed by them alot of back and forth to there work shop. I was worried so got it serviced turns out it also needed a new battery spark plugs and suspension bearings this was all withing the first 3month of owning it. Also not to mention the inner cv was buggered from day one and they took it to there mechanics which I said what was wrong with it. It took them 10 different times of me coming back and fourth to find the problem which also they joy ride for a day and used half a tank of gas. Then when I complained on the end all I got was we are business and lost money on that car. And I said I'm a customer and have lost over 10grand on a 3 thousand dollar car.... really would not recommend them or trust them at all. Thansk for the 10 second car that cost me way over 10grand to ow be sitting in a paddock doing nothing as I was sold junk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never recommend this trader. Poor communication, if you receive any at all, and even poorer quality vehicles. Be wary when buying vehicles, as this trader will not come to the party if there are any issues. Do not hesitate on getting a thorough AA check and taking the vehicles on an extensive test drive first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a ND MX5 from them, very easy and polite to deal with, will always reply to my questions and they helped me out with all the paperwork. I am in Auckland, and was able to pick the car up a few days later without any problems. Driven back to Auckland, and had no problems whatsoever.
