★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service. No business internet (copper) for 2 weeks and I'm left to resolve the problem myself. What's the point in having account managers who aren't really interested in helping you resolve connectivity issues? I would have expected they might have offered a 4G router to borrow but nope, nothing offered. Worst service I've ever received.
