Unfortunately they can not refund, which okay I accept but not when I am at the check out and see a other product at the check out and decide to take that instead, not possible because she already scanned the product?! Seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accidentally went to this souvenir shop, bought some skin care products as a gift to friends, the sales gave me a lot of gifts, happy... The shop is beautifully decorated，nice clean, the price is cheap ad cost-effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ three days ago, it’s on big sales, 40% off . hahaha ,I bought so many skincares , like trilogy, Living nature, kotia, evolu, much cheaper than in pharmacy. I love it ! oh , and the staff told me, I can get 10% off every time I purchase ,coz I am local . hahaha , I must give this shop 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One chinese lady working in this store tried hard to sell cosmetic products. I finally bought several items. Their products are just ok. After leaving there, I headed to another city 3hours from Queenztown. I realized that I left my shopping bag at Queenz Souvenirs. I had phone call with the clerk and asked if she can send my stuff to the hotel where I am going to stay. I said I will pay for the packaging fee. Unfortunately, she said she cannot do that. She said I have to visit her store again to pick up my stuff. I can understand she cannot immediately send the package becaue the season was christmas time. I told her you can send the package after busy season. All I want is to have my stuff back sometime. There is no reply for my e-mail. I cannot understand she does not have time to send some packages after busy season. I had wonderful trip in Newzealand except this place.
