★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great central location, parking opposite is $30 a night. We stayed in a
2 bedroom apartment which was very warm, clean and roomy. There was a nail head sticking up under the carpet and the main bedroom sliding door was hard to move but after informing staff they said it would be dealt with that day. We were impressed by the friendly and efficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really disappointed with our stay here for two adults two children. The $500 for 2 nights in the two room apartment was overpriced and nothing like the modern looking pictures online. The shower is so small and to make it worse the water pressure is a trickle. The washing machine absolutely ruined our clothes the stench was so bad it made us all sick. No air con just a very loud noisy fan going all night. No movies on sky just docos and sport. No one to deal with when we needed clean towels. Overrall a tired shabby room with carpet stains and a tablecloth to hide the horrible marked table. No parking available. We were lucky it was a public holiday. We have stayed in a few hotels and if you're paying top dollar, then you expect to get some luxuries but I'm struggling to think of any. The only true plus and worth 1 star is locatiion and being close to the waterfront. We will never stay here again.

ERIC you are amazing! You definitely put a smile on our faces. Love interacting with you. You have such awesome energy which we can feel.
So thank you so much for being you. People like us always return to where there is amazing service.
P.s Gosh… LOVE YOUR HAIR! lol
Overall general room condition is always clean and perfect. Wilson car park across the road is handy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights , upon arrival was met by a grumpy security guard, contacted the concierge via intercom, who then asked for credit card details in the middle of the street. No privacy, the apartment was overpriced and the size of a shoe boxand nothing like the modern looking pictures online. The bathroom and shower cubicle is so small and the water pressure is a just above a trickle. No air con just a very loud noisy fan going all night. Nobody available to talk to about any issues, a tired shabby room with carpet stains and a tablecloth to hide the horrible table The only positive was the locatiion being close to the waterfront. I’ve stayed in better backpackers
