★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote on two boxes which their website's FAQ says "Yes, we can make everything from one box to thousands of boxes."
For one box they did not have the glossy material which is totally understandable but I did specify in my request if they can't make the glossy box then just give me quote for normal brown boxes. They replied they don't make one-off boxes of this kind. Either they didn't read my request for normal material to be used if no glossy material or they shouldn't be advertising that they can make one-off boxes.
