They charge ridiculous break lease and letting fees, are habitually unresponsive to problems and engage bully tactics with tenants (like responding to Google reviews with nasty responses to try and discredit the reviewers). A bunch of crooks. And unlike the so called 'people' who give them 5 star reviews, i am a real person....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a house viewing with Quinovic recently - the current tenants didn't know the viewing was happening - Quinovic clearly hadn't got confirmation from them that it was ok to show people around. But the letting agent let us - a group of about 8 prospective tenants - into the house anyway, without notifying all the tenants who were home until we were all in their living room. The letting agent was rude and it was a horrible situation for everyone - both the current and prospective tenants. It felt like a real invasion of the current tenants' privacy.
Won't be looking for a home with Quinovic again, I wouldn't want to go through that if I was living in one of the homes they manage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the owner of properties they managed by lambton office for last year. I found their services are quite poor.
I did not get informed when things happened to my property until I got the manage rights back.
Now the agreements with previous tenants finished more than a week and new tenants have moved in, I still have not received all the keys back from them after many phone calls and email (is that legal?)
One of the current tenants asked me to contact the previous tenant to disconnect the old internet connections so they can connect theirs then I asked Quinovic Lambton to email me the agreement they signed with the previous tenants. Quinovic answered that I might not have the legal right to have agreement they signed (it is strange to me as the property owner I don’t have the right to have the agreement !) they will contact Quinovic headquarters to see i f I have the right to have the agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t do property inspections properly. Got told I should not have painted my property as tenants will wreck it yet got told yes best to paint your property will get better tenants. Then said at end of tenancy will get tenants to paint the damage. Yeah right unless they are Painters you are kidding. They are quick to tell you when maintenance issues need doing but don’t check for damages but claim for property inspections.
