Trust Property use an online portal which allows you to log all jobs online, and you get prompt, up to date comments about the status of your job or enquiry. Adam was always quick to reply, and we never had any issues while we used their service. Would highly recommend!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for an appraisal of my rental a few weeks ago. I met with Mitchell who explained how the company did things. I was impressed enough to consider moving my other rental to them once that contract came to an end if they were as good as they sounded.
A week later I hadn't heard from Mitchell and emailed reminding him I was waiting. Time was marching on and my current tenant only had a few more weeks left. I heard nothing.
After another week I emailed Mitchell again as well as the general office email. No response from either email account.
I am hugely disappointed to have been hodwinked so easily by someone and a company that obviously have no interest in getting my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After applying to a few properties listed with trust, I experienced the professionalism first hand.
Enquiries are often dead ends, with a quick 'we'll get someone to call you back' or better yet, just straight up ending the call. Applications are done through an automatic system, processed after viewing the property, where there is no sense of forming relationships with the agents. Simply put, you're treated like livestock as they can afford too in the current demand for housing. Disheartening and defeating, I hope this is an experience only I have had and that other families looking for homes have been treated better.
