★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking workmanship .We got the toilet blocked in our Factory last week .We got these cowboys in to fix the problem .The got the loo to work partly charged us $175 , The toilet blocked up again today which means these guys did not do a good job .We rung them to get it sorted out and you guessed it they wanted to charge us again for there bad workmanship .... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS A TOTAL RIP OFF .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $1000 to get leak fixed and drain flushed. Still got blocked drain and leak. Basically got told to go to someone else when I complained. Don't go to these guys they take your money and leave you with the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired RL Jeffries to fix a blocked drain in the sink. A representative was dispatched to assess the problem and spent less than 15 minutes assessing the problem, squirted some fluid down the sink and told me the problem was fixed. I received an invoice for $138 for less than 15 minutes work only to find that evening that the problem was not fixed.
After a week of waiting for them to correct the issue and not being able to use the sink I had to hire another plumber who disassembled the piping and corrected the issue. Poor customer service and excessive charges considing they didn't identify and fix the issue.
