★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning Absolute Cowboys ! DO NOT USE ! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went to this company because I have never built a house before & with them having over 35 years of experience building homes I thought I was making the right decision. Well I had some serious problems with Settler Homes, hate to play devil’s advocate but other people need to be warned about them. They took no responsibility for their mistakes costing me lots of money & time! All because… they were “too busy” & did not bother giving me updated information. All up a very stressful experience ! Absolutely avoid hiring Settler Homes - Sally
