β β β β β Admin leaves a lot to be disired. gave them all my info as i am power of eterny and contact. get a call from some random who my mother wants nothing to do with tells me what is going on. contacted by them. had a meeting with nanagement all sorted. 5 weeks later same thing. place is only interested in the momey not patient's. very short staffed lucky if residends that cant walk on there own get a walk once a week. try to put them to bed at 4 pm

β β β β β If you are sound of mine and body you are okay. If you are not well not a good place to be. Takes 22 minutes for someone to come and take you to the toilet. Care can be questionable at times. Observation should be one of the most important skills in caring of the elderly people. Staff do not know what this is. My Dad liked is room and the person who cared most about him in the home was the cleaner. I feel very sad about the people in the home who don't have family who love and care for them and make sure they are looked after.

β β β β β Good sized rooms and good sized lounge/dining areas the place is a little bit away from everything in Hamilton but that is a positive and a negative as it takes a bit of driving to get anywhere from here like shopping center or the base but because it is so far away it is also quiet. Ample toilets and showers for clients and the rooms aren't as cramped as I have seen other resthome/hospitals also the staff there seem quite a happy bunch of people that like working there so there is a positive atmosphere around the place. I would recommend to old people that enjoy the nicities of town living without the sound of living in it.

β β β β β Not impressed how my client was treated in there after she was in there after a fall for a few weeks. Her daughter had to ask for her mother's dressings to be changed after a few weeks, the staff only showered her after a week. She did say the food was very good though!

β β β β β Radius Glaisdale is a brand new facility, with a great environment and friendly staff. People can go visit at any time and family can spend as much time as they want with their loved one! Great philosophy and atmosphere!
