出發前就已經瞭解米佛峽灣因大雨封路是有可能取消的，彩虹也允諾峽灣的坐船行程若取消會退回船票$60。當天確實米佛峽灣坐船行程因封路無法成行，替代方案改成箭鎮和Glenorchy，那都是免費的行程，但全團19人沒有任何人收到那船費60元。事後我們向旅行社追討卻得到羅姓導遊打電話來鬼打牆的不友善對待和自圓其說。
彩虹很積極的在危機處理，我想彩虹應該也是受害人，他們並不知道導遊是這樣對待團員的，但很明顯彩虹和外聘導遊之間的資訊交流是不對稱的。
對了，為什麼我們知道導遊是外聘是因為，事後電話中問羅導為什麼彩虹說你已經退了60塊我們卻沒有收到，他已經歇斯底里到對我們咆哮：我不需要對彩虹負責！
不過最後我們兩位團員還是把60塊給要了回來，羅導不好意思只讓你暗槓了另外17個人的60塊，祝您還是能夠團團都有油水可撈，事事順心！
The service staff of Rainbow is very attentive. We can get a prompt and positive response to any questions we have, but the tour guide Luo who arranged by Rainbow is dishonest.
It was known before the departure that the closure of the Mifo Sound may be cancelled due to heavy rain. Rainbow also promised that if the boat trip of the Fjord was cancelled, the ticket would be refunded $ 60. It was true that the boat trip of Mifo Fjord could not be carried out because of road closures. The alternative was changed to Arrowtown and Glenorchy. It was a free itinerary, but none of the 19 people in the group received the boat fee of 60 yuan. Afterwards, we pursued it with the travel agency but got a tour guide from Luo named to call the wall unfriendly and justified.
Rainbow is actively dealing with the crisis. I think Rainbow should also be a victim. They don't know that tour guides treat the members like this, but it is clear that the information exchange between Rainbow and external tour guides is asymmetric.
By the way, why do we know that the tour guide is an external hire? Because afterwards, the telephone asked Luo Luo why the rainbow said that you had returned 60 yuan and we did not receive it. He was hysterical to us: I do n’t need to be responsible for the rainbow!
But in the end, the two members of the group still asked for 60 yuan. Luo Dao was embarrassed to only let you conceal the 60 yuan of the other 17 people. I wish you can still have oil and water in the group, and everything goes well!
