β β β β β If ordering it's best to go in person, the phone order system frequently is unavailable. The chips were a bit soggy as were the fish and pineapple rings but the burger was excellent.

β β β β β Chips were tasteless...fish overcooked and very small pieces (gave mine to the dog)..spring roll soggy from whatever it was cooked in. Very disappointing.

β β β β β Twice I have bought from here, never again, dry chips, small fish and expensive for the scoop sizes. I now go to Burnham for fish and Chips as they are really good

β β β β β Got fish and chips from here both before and after the new owner took over (last purchase in May 22) , unfortunately the quality dropped to the point of "dont bother" , unless you like Fish that was mistreated to the point the edges were dry, then cooked and burnt, sausage was in 2 pieces and burned (seriously who serves broken product to customers) , Chips again, were dry and overcooked. For comparison the previous owners food was "good" , a bit expensive, but at least he doubled up the fish when it was small and didnt burn everything. Now comparing to A1 Seafoods in Opawa Road... well lets say for the same money you get 3x the food, which is cooked to absolute perfection and has clearly been handled by people who LIKE their job and have a bit of pride in what they serve. Sorry for the new owners but Observing what happened while we waited told me everything. Your staff don't WATCH the food, and this lack of attention is why everything was burned, If something breaks, set it aside and feed it to family, not your paying customers... the QUALITY we received made us reluctant to go back, I'm sure if other customers end up with the same quality, they wont be back either. Sorry guys but if someone even remotely competent opens a competitor, you'll be out of business overnight... Fix it now before its too late.

Burgers sat in the warmer for 25mins before the fish and chips were ready. When she called my name i checked my order with her just to get home to find i was missing half the order . Paid for 2 burgers 2 fish 2 hotdogs 2 scoops and received 2 dry burgers 1 burnt hard and dry bit of fish 1 passable hotdog and 1 small dry scoop of chips . All in all Sad!
