β β β β β This startled my expectations for a Pork Belly Don. The Port Belly Cuts were on point with the meat to fat ratio and the braise was perfect. It was extremely soft and delicious. The bamboo shoots were fresh, the half boiled eggs were cooked to perfection and not to forget the flavourful rice. To top all this I took handsome servings of their special chilli paste, wowwwww never had chilli paste better tasting than the one they have. Please do make sure to take good scoops of it when you visit. I will make sure to visit this place when I visit CHCH next time around. Writing this review makes me feel like booking my tickets to have this killer combo !! Amazing food guys !!!

β β β β β Our all time favourite restaurant! Impeccable food, vibes and staff. Cannot recommend them enough. Once you've had their house made ramen, nothing compares. We usually go once a week and it's our go to place to take family and friends. Love their happi meal that comes with ramen, takoyaki and a drink. The chef's specials are always incredible too. Keep up the incredible work team! Amen Ramen ??

β β β β β Their style is definitely on the fusion and creative side rather than authentic, the tonkotsu soup is not quite rich and creamy enough for my liking, and the portion size is bit disappointing considering the price. But the pork and noodle are the absolute highlights, park is tender and flavorful, and the noodle is Al dente, fantastic!

β β β β β 10/10 delicious vegan options. Get the vegan bento box! The service was amazing, staff were busy and handling it so well, very communicative and food came out in less than 20 minutes. Weβre from out of town, but will definitely be back next time weβre here.

β β β β β If put the fried chicken on the side, properly becomes better. The soup is too oily to drink. And fried chicken is not crispy but soggy.
Went there on Tuesday so itβs good to have 2 ramen for 1 price but I wonβt pay original price for it.
