Helped us decide between the different brands, prices ect of products. Got exactly what we wanted for a fair price! Super knowledgable and helpful! Store laid out very nicely. GBeautiful range of products!

β β β β β Being a non horse person going into a saddlery can be daunting let alone the staff in some of them can be rude and make me not want to buy from them.
I visited Rangiora Equestrian and they were the most friendly and helpful saddlery I have been to.
I will be going here from now on.

β β β β β I don't normally write reviews for places unless the service/s are either REALLY poor or REALLY good, but this store is incredible. I bought a helmet, a pair of black boots, and a pair of brown half chaps on a click and collect order (website showed out of stock for brown boots at the time) and had my partner drive 45 minutes to pick it up. When he got there, the ladies working asked him if I wanted to switch the black boots I ordered for brown boots to match, which I found lovely, as they paid enough attention to the order to realize that the mismatching colors may have been a mistake.
The really impressive part of their service was tied to the helmet I ordered. When my partner arrived, he was told that the helmet I ordered was out of stock and said that they could give him a different helmet in the same size. When he got home, we realized that they had accidentally given us a size up, which didn't fit. I gave them a ring today and explained the situation, telling the lovely lady who answered the phone, Zoe(y?), that I was frustrated because I was going to have to drive 45 minutes one way to return it. She listened to my frustrations and not only offered to refund the helmet, but offered to pay shipping back to the store, so I wouldn't have to drive. Working in customer service and retail myself, I was not only incredibly impressed with how she validated my frustrations, but how she offered a solution that fixed the true problem, having to drive there and back to fix the issue.
I will absolutely be making the drive to come back to this store in the future. The willingness to fix my problem has shown me that they care about their customers and the culture of horseback riding.
