★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was selling my car, and rightfully so the potential buyer wanted a pre purchase inspection. So I took my car there, and the report that came back was pretty much false. First of all they claimed that the vehicle had a “large” engine oil leak, but couldn’t specify where it was coming from. If it was so “large” wouldn’t you be able to pin point where it was coming from? Yes there was a slight engine oil leak, but nothing major at all. Second of all they said the steering rack was broken and was leaking. So I took it to a trusted mechanic to have an inspection to find out about this “broken leaking” steering rack, only to find out that it’s an electric steering rack, therefore not requiring fluid! So how on earth does an electric steering rack “leak”? On top of that I did not receive any call saying my car was ready to pick up, so walked down there only to be told they “forgot” to call me after it being ready for over an hour.
I will not be using AA’s service ever again, total rip off.

I highly recommend them, will use them again

Not only were they able to fix my car at short notice but went above and beyond to source a loan vehicle for me from another local business.
