My first visit here, as I dont tend to be too adventurous with different cuisines. So Ambience was lovely, and welcoming. Staff were lovely, warm and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The wait time for food was perfect, enough time to natter, and eat our entrees. The samosas were to die for! They were on a shared platter, with onion bhaji, chicken and beef, and dipping sauces. Delicious. Next Butter Chicken...DELICIOUS...Mango chicken...DELICIOUS. I am sold. I have heard wonderful reviews before, just not adventurous as I said, I am so thrilled I got over myself, one of my best dining experiences ever.

β β β β β Extremely disappointing; 02/06/20 take away Chicken Curry and naan: the skinned curry pieces were black from inside, tough and smelly - unfortunately inedible. Whoever cooked it, doesn't know how to cook a curry. Please don't fool people.

β β β β β Stopped in Levin for a kai on our way to Otaki. Originally stopped for a Thai Restaurant but my wife wasn't keen so we went for Indian instead.
Excellent place. Lovely feel, lighting was great comfortable setting and supper helpful and friendly staff.
My wife ordered the banquet for us which consisted of starters (tandoori chicken, sheesh kabab, samosa and other things.
Mains were, hot, flavourful and delishes.
4 curries (1 veg and 3 meat)
Garlic and plain nan
Rice and extra raita. Everything was great.
Even ordered dessert which was yummy too.
Will stop in again. Happy Hokianga travellers

β β β β β We got takeaways on Sunday 2nd, it was a fairly big order too.. it was the best Indian food we had tasted and it was ready really quickly too. Thank you very much for the experience we will be back again!!!

β β β β β WΔ used the takeaway option, great friendly service, butter chicken was hot and delicious! You can eat in, seating area looks to cater for families with comfortable seating. If your passing though levin, use google maps as its easy to miss.
