About Formula Fit
Formula Fit is Whangaparaoa’s premium functional training facility based in Silverdale, only 2 minutes from the Northern Motorway.
As the Hibiscus Coast’s leading functional training facility since 2010, our mission has been to create a group-based training facility which allows our members to have access to a personal training-like service 7 days a week.
Our philosophy at Formula Fit is to create a functional training environment which challenges, inspires and develops the best version of yourself. Whether you’re a high-performance athlete looking to take your training to the next level or a beginner starting out on your fitness journey, as an all-inclusive training facility, we pride ourselves on working with a wide range of clients and delivering results.
The concept behind our classes and programming are to ensure not any one workout is the same. Our workouts are designed to challenge every aspect of fitness and strength whilst incorporating a well-rounded, holistic approach with one thing in mind, wellness.
In 2018, Formula Fit expanded its operations to become the only functional training facility which also delivered a high-performance division open 24 hours, 7 days a week. With 200sqm of machine weights and cardiovascular equipment and a 200sqm functional training arena, Formula Fit still retains its title as being the only one of its kind in the community.
