Steve and Winnie have gone above and beyond in ensuring that my family and I are happy and settled. We really cant thank them enough! I highly recommend making use of their services. You have been Incredibly easy to deal with and extremely helpful. During the property management you were extremely quick to notify us of any issues, and the access to tradesmen to action anything was great, at reasonable prices too.
When it came to listing the property, we couldn’t get over the extra mile you went to, from potting plants around the property to weeding and little bits here and there really were appreciated.
You guys have been awesome to work with and we wouldn’t have any issues recommending or coming back to you again.

Winnie responses to my query/request promptly and take care of both property and tenants' needs. I had experiences dealing other not-so-good property managers in the past. I am very happy to have Winnie as rental manager and won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.
