โ โ โ โ โ Very poor customer service. Just purchased a bed and upon purchase I was asked if the delivery would be on the ground floor or upstairs and I said upstairs. I agreed to pay extra to get my bed delivered upstairs and on delivery day they gave very short notice telling me that the bed was in the truck and be sent in an hour. When the bed was delivered, the delivery guy just left the bed on the ground floor and said it wasnโt included in the delivery instructions to bring the bed upstairs. Called the manager but gave me several excuses and reasons. They just ripped me off of the extra charge. Very unprofessional. They showed that they donโt care to their customers. Not gonna repeat with them again.

โ โ โ โ โ We went to several bed shops around Wairau looking for our new bed. Not only did we get what I felt was the best deal on the bed we ended up choosing, the service was definitely the best. We were encouraged to take our time when getting a feel for the beds, they provided a variety of pillows so you can match how you'd sleep at home. I was really impressed. They even distracted our toddler for a bit so we could concentrate! Bed showed up 2 weeks after purchase and we're very happy.

They very quietly and gently tell you everything you need to know, while letting you try and experience the difference between the different mattresses and products. Informative without the pushy "hard sell" tactics. The most helpful staff I have seen in years! And the value was amazing!

The delivery guys who delivered it to my apartment went beyond the call of duty with a very difficult move up multiple flights of stairs. Go with these guys you won't be disappointed!
