From the rental side, She is rude and arrogant and very disrespectful, If she has a issue with you she will flick dirty look's make you feel worthless and useless, She might be ok with landlords but with tenants she is a stuck up very nasty person who say's she is good with people when that is so far from the truth, And very nasty when she was using nzdating when she found out i was her tenant, My advice is to anyone renting under her go and try and buy your own house even if you have to find a real estate person who can get you into a rent to buy, Due to her rudeness i ended up buying my own house to get away from rental people like her and i am glad i brought so i do not have to deal with a two faced mole like her again..... No wonder Homaz real estate got rid of her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SELLERS be very careful engaging RAY WHITE as your agent, we had been corresponding with this Ray Whie Agents about a property and requested a sale a d purchased to be sent through to us, it was snever done, we were genuine cash purchasers and the property was exactly what we were after. The agent was very slow in corresponding with us, they had our phone number a details. When we followed up on third request for a contract to be sent through and started to annoyed with the agent, we eventually was informed many offers on the table, we did not care we wanted to be part of the bidding war for this property, the agent still denied us a contract, I had arranged for someone to go through the property and the agent again did not return phone calls. SELLERS if you want the best price for your property select your firm and agents very carefully this firm and agents failed the seller. Place was sold we did not get a chance.
Ray Whites There response is far from the truth on this matter. The agent over a 2 week period never communicated any conditions around vendors requirements, you have to ask is it not there job to ale all offers 8 if on the table and other are wanting to offer then why not take 9 or 10 if it mans 10 to 20 thousand more. The agents did not do a professional on this property did not qualify us to what we would be prepared to pay and I can bet we would have paid more than the offering that was settled on time will tell when the results of the sale price come through.
UPDATE The property was sold for $225, we are shocked as we would have gone to $250 , we are still extremely annoyed by the total lack of professionalism on the agents part. I tried to call owner he was so ignorant was not even interested in returning our call. Choose another company and be careful who you get to sell your most valuable asset. We would never use Ray White after this experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seeing that people have some very good experiences with Ray White and that's why we also approached you but sorry to say that me and my wife had a very bad experience, I never expected this from one of your agents. We applied for a couple room, filled the application form and completed all the applying process and started waiting for a reply. I waited for about 10 days, but no reply came through you. After waiting for 10 days, I called your agent, but he didn't picked up my phone, after few days he picked up my call and told me that he was really too much busy and upon asking about my rental application, he told me that he is waiting for a response from the house owner and he will call me as soon as he receives an answer on our application, but again I didn't receive any reply for a week from him. Then again I called him regarding my application, but this time as well he did not pick up my call, but next day he text me a message saying that he will follow up on Monday with the owner and then he will call me. Me and my wife has been waiting since then, it's been exactly one month today and I was planning to call him, but we were really shocked to see that the couple room we had applied for, has already been leased out.
We have been waiting for a reply,
at least a yes or no.. Your agent should have messaged us, we kept waiting for his answer..
This is extremely unprofessional....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look at the same open home twice, the agent made a comment about my partners clothes and said that our offer was an insult to the home owner. Made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. We won’t be working with Ray White in the future due to their unprofessional real estate agents.
