★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was their client as a property owner. The business standard this company maintains is simply the worst I have ever experienced. They made unbelievably simple mistakes - you really wouldn’t believe it - that had serious consequences. Once confronted, it took very long time for them to acknowledge their mistakes. And Robyn will leave you at a loss financially, rather than take responsibilities.
I’ve dealt with many property management companies, both as a tenant and landlord. The industry is very competitive; there are far too many companies much better and more professional than this one. Hopefully my review can save others from the trouble I had to endure with this company.
