They are not professional when they gave keys and house is not cleaned but when we leave house at that time they want clean house and also they are not giving reply of emails very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lived in the same property under professionals and redex and have only had negative experiences with redex. Poor communication, no personal contact with our property manager, and little to no aid when fixing things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I are having to live in sub standard conditions due to the negligence of redex, kids have gotten sick from the house's condition. Wish I'd never signed onto the tenancy contract. Wouldn't wish this on anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property managers in the Manawatu.they tried to meth test my flat,without it being on the tenancy agreement, and without having tested it before I moved in.they changed their minds when they realized they were legally in the wrong.even though I paid 2 weeks in advance,they still tried charging me for my final 2 weeks and stole my bond.the blond p.o.s ,Katie brett helped herself into my premises without 2 weeks inspection notice.i just came home from work and she was basically doing a search warrant.very rude people to deal/interact with.in the 6 years or so I was living in the old motel complex they were running, not one tenant got their bond back,despite a few of them having their rooms commercially cleaned prior to leaving.incredibly rude staff.do yourself a favor and steer clear of this horrible business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to communicate with the business but got no return calls or any form of messaging other than the one time I was able to make contact.
Will be a lesson for me to never deal with the business again, totally unprofessional. Felt like they did not want to bother with me at all.

My dealings with redex started out good ended after 8yrs and dealing with approx 10 different,managers..i do not recomend redex to anyone looking for property rentals due to the treatment i recieved by them and owner of the property..now to lawyers..tenancy tribunral done n dusted
