This was our first letting experience with Ray White and Maire made it very simple and straightforward. She explained everything very well along the way and was very thorough. I am very pleased with the tenants she managed to find for me.
I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find a tenant or to manage your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plz be careful before getting a rent property from ray white papatoe toe. As no good communication. Bad attitude for the people working there. Try to get into tenants property without notice. Please be aware and they depressed me to much with all these things. And I’m surviving to stay in auckland now. The solution u guys guys give its not called a proper solution just by saying we can vacuum the property. And after all start using abusing words. And by law can’t enter the property
But they break the law

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property mamager Maire Kay is excellent. Very friendly. Easy to get a hold of. Does her best to get any issues resolved quickly. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Have had tons of bad experiences in the past but it was so refreshing to find a decent property manager that genuinely cares and not just a get you in take your money. Very genuine lady. Would recommend dealing with her if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maire was very helpful in helping me move into our new rental property. She was patient and and was very flexible with us picking up the keys. When we have problems with the property, she got onto the problem right away and was able to fix it.
She has good communication with us as tenants, when she is away for a few days or on holiday to notify us that another agent will be looking after us if we are in need of anything.
Great service to her tenants.
