By reading other reviews it looks like they have been doing this for long time. So please don't deal with them. Spred this with others and save your time and money. They're other companies in market deal with them. I am very very disappointed with the service..

I am so happy as this was my first experience putting rental property in the market and I was approached by different property managers from different organisations. I decided to choose Sujata because I found she is very professional, very humble and easy to deal with. It was very stressful time for me that I had to move into new house and also to find the right tenant at the same time . I was amazed on her confidence about the rental market as she asked me to concentrate on moving out and she will take care finding the best tenant for me and within two days she had tenant ready to move in. I was so impressed with her expertise and I do not hesitate to recommend Sujata to any one who is looking for property manager for their property portfolio.
