β β β β β After 3 years of looking at bare earth round the back of the house, it was time to cover it up with some grass.To be fair, the front yard is looking fantastic, but the back, not so much. DIY Landscaping projects take much longer that I had anticipated. Anways, I called and spoke to a friendly bugger on the phone, ordered my 25 metres of Tall Fescue for delivery today. It was delivered exactly as promised by another really friendly guy on an incredibly wide fork hoist. And then I spent 3 hours laying the turf. It looks bloody spectacular. I should do this for a living I'm so good at it now. The lawn looks so good I want to get naked and roll around on it. But that's for later I guess. Another post-sale call to Turfgrass for some advise which was freely and happily given, I'm a very happy customer. I'll be buying again for certain. 5 stars!

β β β β β Quite an operation with very knowledgeable advice and help. The 30m2 we picked up this looked like very good quality, time will tell how it grows but if the instructions are correctly followed and the grass is fed and watered it should make a beautiful lawn for the little fella too play on.

β β β β β One of my friend recommended these guys so I have picked up my phone and start doing business with Craig and hes Team ! I am running a business too and yes that's how business it goes be honest and be there for your customers when they need help and advice , seriously these people are the kindest and the best friendly service provider ever, they were full on work and they let me to go to their yard to collect my 150 square ready-lawn...A+++ Highly Recommended people thats for sure and see you very soon with my next project. β β β β β I asked for specific measurements and they didnβt provide that. They should have informed me that they cannot do such measurements if that was the case. Wasted my time and money since I had a specific purpose to meet when I ordered those measurements. Very unhappy. I asked for 1.3m by 3m piece. If the company cannot provide such a dimension they should inform me. Instead I was supplied with 4 pieces of 2270mm by 50cm, 2200mm by 50cm. They did a good job calculating the square metre but if a client asks for a specific measurement thereβs a reason for it. If the company canβt do that then they must inform the customer that this canβt be done. Then in that case I would have asked for different options to make it work out. I would have suggested 1.5m length by 4 pieces by 40cm width of each piece instead of 50cm. With what I was supplied I had to cover the width beyond the area that was supposed to be covered and then the length of 3m couldnβt be covered. Then I had to spend another $100 to purchase artificial turf from Bunnings just to cover the remaining length so my puppies wouldnβt get muddy. Just had to go through so much hassle just because we were not informed correctly. And then I was told the car that I got to do pick wouldnβt fit the dimensions I wanted. Well if it couldnβt fit I would bring my other van (hiace) and load it. Ridiculous.
