From the get go I felt safe and at ease in her presence and the techniques she has taught me got me to a place where I am able to manage my anxiety on a daily basis. The resources she has sent me are always on hand and I feel I am able to move forward with my life and handle my anxiety at a more manageable level. She is extremely compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable in her field. I would highly recommend Kerry! ?
