She has a special skill for breaking down complex issues or patterns and she was instrumental in helping me to build my confidence so that I could better deal with conflict and make strategic decisions for my future. My husband also mentored with Rebecca was he was going through a career change and she helped him with emotionally processing the change and deciding on next steps. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very fortunate to meet Rebecca at a Women’s In Infrastructure event in Hamilton, Waikato. Rebecca has been coaching me for the past 12 months in the Waikato. Prior to meeting Rebecca, I had not experienced 1 on 1 coaching before. Rebecca was great at guiding me through the process, she is a very good listener and with her professional career background was able to articulate and assist with supporting me to understanding the barriers and challenges within the industry. Her coaching has allowed me time to dream, think about the bigger picture and talk through my concerns. Professionally, it has helped me to reframe my focus to what is important, articulate my goals for the next 12 months and process what is important about my role. I would recommend Rebecca’s mentoring and coaching services, her friendly, relaxed and clear communication styles is very beneficial when trying to understand your own career or personal challenges.

She's given me some techiques to use or remember to make small changes turn into a habit. I didn't know I made progress until we reflected back on my journey and saw where i was, how my mind have changed, what I've learnt and how to prepare myself in future.
