โ โ โ โ โ Worst company to deal with regarding your debt, they say you owe a debt one year and when you try to sort it they dont come back to you until a year later. they do not handle the debts they are meant to be chasing.

โ โ โ โ โ Research this company. Ask them for proof of your signed over debt and original amount, how much you've paid and how much is left. Ask for
a break down of all fees in writing. This company back in 2015 was under investigation for over charging debtors to which in Jan 2018 the group was ordered to pay all of the debtors back. Moving forward to Jan 2019 the dodgy NZ Company sold to a dodgy Australian Owned collection company. I've been paying off a $6k debt for 5 years and it currently is standing at $7k. To find out from the beginning I was only paying enough to surpass the interest rate. These people don't want you to finish the debt and move on. They are leaches of the modern world.

โ โ โ โ โ Unbelievable, these scum bags demand payment without even having produced any facts or evidence. Know your rights never pay a collections company unless the debt is 100% clearly yours, if they threaten you with loading the debt with credit watch agencies, let them it is a very serious crime to do so with out following the Fair trading act and Consumers Guarantees act. If you have problems with these guys call the Commerce Comission, I spoke to them yesterday, they are already totally aware of this business and there bully tactics to get payments.

โ โ โ โ โ This company uses bullying and scare tactics to manipulate their clients. It is a shame to see that, because of the nature of this company, the collection officers take advantage of their positions by LITERALLY telling clients their future will be unsuccessful, even over a small debt. The company needs a complete overhaul and some compassion training. I am concerned for those who suffer sensitive mental health conditions that have to deal with this sort of unprofessionalism.
