★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaydn is really good at picking up where the root cause of the problem is and he is really thorough. I went there for a few injuries including shin pain and a sore shoulder which I had for more than two months. In the first session, I had 70% pain relief ! He followed up with simple exercise and postural education to get me totally pain free.
On another occassion I had shin pain and Jaydn assessed and corrected my running style and this addressed the underlying cause to improve discomfort and ability to train.
If you have tried a few physios without result, try this guy out !

He was so thorough with diagnosis & treatmentof my injuries that I would dream of going anywhere else.
Finally somewhere where I feel that I am being treated as an individual and not just another number.

Jaydn is incredible at identifying the root cause of your pain, and treating your injury in a holistic fashion taking into account your whole body and past injuries.
