★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... we got ourselves a Biomat. I'm so pleased I did! Have never woken feeling better. So relaxing. So warming. It really makes my body feel revitalised. Like I've had a refreshing massage. Don't know what it is... but it's like a magic mat! I was starting to think that the achy aging feeling had to just be accepted... nope. This mat has made me feel like a spring chicken again! Gotta say... GET ONE!! I wish I had this 5 years ago!
