Turns out it was an easy fix and they helped me getting the part I needed. I ended with a working microwave, learnt something new, and saved quite a bit of money

They have 'built' us up a now high spec'd (ex - lease) laptops, sold me 12V batteries, have a huge floor to ceiling store of parts and tech, are currently fixing my microwave and are great to deal with! Highly recommend you use their company.
