★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular shopper at this store in the Tannery. I was in there a while back and purchased a Trelise Cooper dress. Just as the transaction went through on the eftpos machine i noticed bad fading of the sun down the sleeves and shoulder and patchy fading on the whole front of the dress. I asked if I could have some money refunded or swap with something else and the answer was No its too late.I had not even left the store.
I left very disappointed.
I sent an email complaining about the lack of service. No reply. A few weeks later I sent another email and again no reply. Not even an apology.
I remain not only disappointed but it has really tainted my opinion of that store. I have spent 30 years in retail and have NEVER done that to any customer and I have never been treated that way as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be very careful of dropping off clothes here! They have buried in their info that they will chuck out any clothing they don't want to sell 7 days after they decided to set up your account but then they take ages to set up your account and then don't bother to send out any kind of auto email notification to notify you that the 7 days have started! To me this would be a very easy way for items to go missing. Like the very good condition shirt I dropped off to sell (all the other lesser quality items had been excepted and sold very quickly). I'm not worried that they didn't accept my item I am worried that they didn't bother to tell me to come and pick it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff are very rude and give off the vibe that they don't care. Came here a couple of weeks ago, walked in and staff members just looked me up and down and continued what they were doing. Felt insanely judged and not welcomed, didn't even get a hello? Went to changing rooms and the curtains would not shut at all. Left the biggest gap for people on the outside to see me so couldn't even try on clothes. Told the girl about this and she just looked at me and shrugged. Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried re-crycling clothes there twice. Both times, none of the clothes were accepted, excuse was ''not the brands we take sorry.'' All the clothes I brought in where still in great quality. There is no where on website or in store that SPECIFIES what brands are accepted. I suggest to actually state what clothes brands are accepted to avoid diappointed custoers like myself. Staff were nice about it though. But still, Im not persuaded to try the recycle service ever again. Might as well just sell them on trademe.

Fold clothes when items are returned they should be folded nicely back to be return just because you didnt take them doesnt mean there rubbish it's not the first time ive collected returns that are just stuffed in a bag doesnt go so well on leather jackets and coats and quality shirts come on guys it is a clothing store you should know how to .
Show some respect to your clients items as we are what makes your business shouldn't even have to say it ..
And an Express drop off should be that drop off and go or it's just the same waiting for them to go through it all that's just a normal drop off is . .
