★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This woman is despicable! I took my wedding dress to her to be hemmed. After several weeks of nagging she finally confessed to the dress being covered in blood! She could give me no explanation as to what had happened?? I asked what she has done with it, it was soaking in a bucket of water. She refused to replace it or pay me for my dress!
What sort of person does this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good opshop but awful alterations. Took some stuff in to get tailored and one garment was absolutely butchered and they forgot to do any work on the other. A friend of mine also had a jacket ruined here. Ended up taking my stuff elsewhere to get fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my sons school bag in to be sewn up.The staff were very rude like they had no time to accept new customers.The place stunk of mould and musty clothing.After waiting over a few days I collected the bag once i remembered to grab it.The gap that had come undone at the seam was simply stitched with the tiniest line of stitching I knew it was not going to hold purely because the original stitching was even thicker.My son used this bag for 2 days and it came undone.I had messaged twice asking if they could politely fix this and explained what had happened and I had called their phone.After 4 days still no reply.I will pay elsewhere to have the bag fixed.Absolutely disgusting customer service and terrible quality alterations.

Love the owner and she’s always helping me find what I’m looking for, even let me rent out some amazing boots. Fixed a fur coat last minute too!
