★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with Red Beach TOP 10. Ended up having to cancel our reservation for beginning of January due to things having changed financially with covid. Have given more than enough notice (room has now been re booked) and will only refund me 75%. Shame on you. This is not your standard times. Almost 4 months notice is ample time. You are at not loss money wise. We will not be recommending you going forward.

I liked the stony beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and managed very well. Toilet, Laundry and Kitchen facilities are well placed equally around the park. Beach access is very convenient and you are able to access both Red Beach and Orewa Beach which was a great addition. The area which our family were assigned wasn't so flat as we had hoped, but it wasn't so difficult to set up camp. Overall had an great time here at Red Beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great camp, ultra clean! Can definitely recommend Bob’s Pinecone Cafe (at the camp) for the best burgers and fries in the area. Don’t bother leaving the camp for a meal. Wonderful taste and you can phone your order in, Bob will phone you back when ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities were clean, the beach was amazing, and overall we had a good time.
Why I am giving this 4 stars is because the noise over from the surf club was very loud and there was noise all night.
Other than that it was a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only stayed here for one night. Beach side RV area was nice and tidy. We were expecting to be right at a beach, but needed to cross a little bridge and pass behind a building. A nice and quiet beach (not suprising, because it was very windy).
Amenities were suprisingly good, really liked the showers. These were clean and spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing!! Our first time visiting, excellent informative check-in, whilst I was checking in, hubby was being shown where our site was. Positive & down to earth! Amenities were great, site was great, beaches were great, excellent for 2 teenage boys including outdoor movie, not to mention Bob's takeaways, excellent value! Thank you Red Beach TOP 10/Pinewoods Motor Park, we cannot wait to come back! :-D
