β β β β β Very awkward experience. Middle aged lady with red ish short hair was being very rude to customers. Sighing loudly and rolling her eyes a lot right infront of them when they were just asking to test something out. I think there was a slight language barrier for the customer but the lady was being so impatient and rude. So unnecessary. Heard her say βI donβt understand what you want. Do you want to buy something or notβ just super unfriendly and unhelpful.

β β β β β UPDATE 2021-12-22: after receiving feedback from Red Cross Central, I went back to the shop w/o a mask, I'm exempt. I was "not-welcomed" by the supervisor "You came back to do this over again?!". I again pointed out that I don't have to show her my exempt as per the law and told her she can call Police if she wants. She called the shop manager. I clearly heard on the other side "you cannot ask for the exemption", "lock the doors" (not sure why...) and she went away for about 5 minutes. When she came back, she said "We'll let it be" with not a friendly tone; it looked as if she was scold. I thanked her.
She did not apologise at any point afterwards for treating me and my wife bad this and the previous time.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This store segregates people and have VERY RUDE stuff that curses and swears!
Today we've been thrown out of the store because we did not have the pass (yes, the representative asked for the pass several times).
They also do not follow the law when it comes to masks exempts; Red Cross, learn from the law and MoH, the cards are not required to have and show!
They stuff is also VERY RUDE. When I told the stuff, an old lady ~65-70yrs old, that I don't have to show her my exemption card and went away, she said to another person, pardon my French but I quote, "F**king Europeans". Disregarding her outrages language I replied that our origin has nothing to do with that because we're following the law.
One would think, an old person to be wise and have good manners, not in Red Cross.
We stop supporting Red Cross.
REPLY TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE:
you do not follow the government's guidlines, you do worse, you extend them unlawfully, even in your interpretation and policies, and as a result you segregate people!
Sure, you can ask for an exemption card but you can't require it from your clients because they are not mandatory according to the law, MoH or Govt Buisiness. Also, read what Human Right commitioner said about the exempt people and facemasks; you also broke that guideline. The government officials have said and confirmed that on many occasions.
Furthermore, you, as a business, are required to display the code but scanning is also not required from the clients.
Requiring these things is going beyond to what the law and the Framework say and you threw us out of the shop for not showing something that is not required!

β β β β β Very unfriendly store, I was made to feel unwelcome by staff. Manager was rude when I ask her question about an item. She then made racist comment about myself and family.? She think I not hear but I hear

β β β β β I used to love coming to this shop, it was a destination, I even recommended it to all my friends, but no more. There has been a sharp decline in customer service, the staff are rude and make you feel like an inconvenience add to that the store is generally dirty/messy and unpleasant to shop in. What happened to the beautiful bright friendly store of past times? I have crossed this shop off my list of places to go ?
