★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever is doing the pricing in this op shop needs some training or additional guidance. Charging $15 for a worn and very pilled top is ridiculous. Some of the items labeled “vintage”, or “designer” are nothing of the sort.
They are old and in many cases worn out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor at the moment, whoever is running this shop nerds to have more attention to detail, there are ripped clothes for sale, dresses with broken Zips ($30 as is) plastic vinyl handbags with the vinyl coming off $12, it's atrocious.
I have been to alot of op shops and understand that you can sell items that are not pristine and do have faults but this is too the extreme.
I think top management need to go in with a shoppers mindset and see if they can comprehend what they are trying to present.
