Friendly staff, a big selection of clothes, books, homeware, etc., free treats for dogs and very accessible prices. I love coming here and would highly recommend a visit.

Kirsty and co are really organised and the merchandise is clean.
The atmosphere has a wonderful inclusive, community feel; dogs trot in with their people and are effusively welcomed with cuddles and treats.
A great selection of clothes and homeware at prices that I wish other op shops would reflect.
I believe they are doing a great service, not only to all the animals in their care but also the local community- by not over pricing items and making it accessible to most.
Truely amazing, please don't ever stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the newtown branch the pricing is fair and consistent, nice variety of good quality clothing. Shop is possibly even a bit larger than newtown, always feels like there's a lot to look through. Nice open layout and well-organised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a hurry and left a few things in changing room. I didn't want to buy anything and I rushed out to get back to work on time. Well.... the woman came after me and verbally abused me, shouting at me outside in the car park, for leaving things in changing room. I went back in and apologized and said I was happy to put them back. But she continued ranting at me very rudely inside the shop saying "What are you, 5 years old?" And "You think you can just walk out, you stupid person" etc . She was yelling at me aggressively in front of all customers who were staring at her. She said other horrible things eg "I can't be bothered with people like you" even though I said I'd put the things away. It was really upsetting and horrible and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually find the staff here welcoming and friendly. However, this morning, the female staff member couldn't even be bothered to say good morning. She just instructed my husband to place our donations in bags. No please or thank you either. Luckily, there are other options locally.
