★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor. On website it clear states closes at 430pm. I was there at 416pm and told we close at 415 rudely by rude woman. Why challenged by what ok website was told “ that was last year “ . Maybe you should update your times online. Also maybe take in the Sogn outside that says open that was still outside front door as I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful upmarket second hand store. Quality clothing, smells lovely- not like other second hand stores. Staff are nice and very helpful. Mens, womens, teens, kids and babies clothing, shoes and accessories. They also have books, manchester, homewares and art. Well lit large changing rooms and jewllery display cabinet. Plus size area too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised how dirty and cluttered it was, gone is the lovely clean store I last visited. I will avoid this store in future. I expected better from a Red Cross Store, I will stick to church corner in future, at least they understand the importance of clean. Especially in theses covid19 times ?
