Always extremely helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure he works within the necessary times frames. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Red LBP to conduct a building inspection after being impressed by a report produced by Red LBP that a vendor had provided during our property search.
We were equally impressed with the report that Richard produced for our chosen property given it's thoroughness and easy-reading style.
Richard was fully accommodating when we had to cancel our first building inspection and subsequently rebooked another which highly appreciated as well.
I would happily use Richard again for future building inspections.

His communication was great right from the start, he was easy to deal with and kept me informed the whole way through he process and his report is excellent. There are loads of pictures and a great level of detail. He obviously knows what he's doing.
