"Dave has carried out a few service calls for me on various refrigeration systems. His ability to find and fix the faults quickly made for a pleasant surprise when it came to getting the invoice. Having someone who knows what they are doing keeps the costs down and this is important for me. Ice makers can puzzle most engineers, but Dave has a good understanding and solved a problem for me very quickly. Can’t recommend him enough and I continue to use his services."

The team was great in problem resolution with the Aircon company when an issue came about during installation. They constantly kept me in the loop which was awesome.
Also helped understand my situation and provided options to give payment in two batches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for Go Cold Refrigeration. I needed 2 heatpumps for 2 rental properties and had a couple of prior quotes but I had no confidence that those quotes would meet the Healthy Homes standards.
As Dave is a refrigeration engineer of many years and not just a heatpump installer I felt confident that I would get what was required. I also asked for and got, their guarantee that what they were installing would meet the HH standards.
I have no hesitation in recommend Go Cold Refrigeration, thanks Dave and Jenny.

On the day of the installation, the situation was a bit tricky as there’s steel in the exterior wall. Dave managed to solve the problem to perfect and left site clean and tidy. We are very happy of his service and would highly recommend Go Cold if you are looking at having a heat pump installed.
