★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always stocked up on gears and sizes. Not usually busy but is a very small store. This is the second time ive spent over $150-$200 and went to scan zap after purchase and it didnt work. Was trying to wait for zap to redeem first before walking away but the till person was so quick to wanna serve the next customer so i didnt get a chance to re scan untill it did work. Just annoyed cos i hardly ever use zap and when i do, i usually get between $5-$25 back depending on the amount of my purchase. Hamilton redrat are really on to it with Helping customers use zap and claim our rewards so I was sad that Rotorua didnt seem to bother.
