I have never had an issue communicating with them, even though their English is limited. Never tried anywhere else and never will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They had very bad English and could not understand what services I was after.
Must have had a broken led light as when I placed my hand it the heat and pain equaled pouring burning water over my hands forcing me to pull my nails out and try cool them down before them continuing to use the same machine.
Terrible lash experience as product was placed in my eye and left my eyes burning and very irritated. I payed for brows to be waxed/tinted and they ended up shaving them with a blade, no cream to prep or calm was used which also irritated and took the top layer of my skin off. I wanted silver on my nails and this was done however at the end they charged me an extra $10 for “art nails” which they did not tell me about before doing it. Won’t be going back here. Deffinatly get what you pay for or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had an appointment with them and I’m highly disappointed. First with the pedicure I had booked for that but that was not the service you had started with. Then with the colour it isn’t the correct. Then with my nails I found the nail technician to be extremely rough and rude she did not speak to me once. And with the over all finish of my nails are not what I asked for, they look unfinished and untidy. I am not overly impressed. They were recommended by a friend but I will not be back.
The lamp to dry my nails was extremely painful as it felt like it was burning me. I am extremely disappointed in this service
Both lady’s were not very welcoming or polite they didn’t speak to me and only to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow where do I start with this place. Lady who did my nails was rude, hardly spoke so not sure if she understood what I asked for. Asked for a manicure, did not get a manicure, don't what you would call it.
She removed my previous colour, trimmed a little bit of skin around the nails, roughly shaped my nails, then painted them so rough. I already have a gap between nail polish & nails & its only been 2 days. Polish doesn't
They were so bad my nails were getting caught on every little thing.
I also asked if she could put an extra coat on my nails, she ignored me. I asked again and said that I am happy to pay for an extra coat. Ignored me again.
I see that they slashed their prices from $50 to $35. Tbh I didn't even want to pay that. Won't be going back there again. Terrible place and waste of money. Already planning on when I can get this set re-done.
