After a fairly lengthy consultation I received Karen's recommendations which I have been following for two months now. The result is a much improved digestive system and renewed energy.
In addition Karen produced a week's meal plan designed for me with easy to follow illustrated recipes.
I believe I have had an amazing improvement in my health thanks to Karen's professionalism, knowledge and experience.
I can recommend her unreservedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased Karen's Crone Goddess face oil. I am a long time user of facial oils and love how they leave my skin feeling soft and well nourished as well as reducing fine lines. Karen's oil is as good as the more expensive oil I usually buy and it smells absolutely divine! Its a no brainer at such great value for money!
