★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could not be happier with the quality and service we received through Refresh Renovations. We took a long time to go through the detail but never felt pushed or that our ideas were compromised. They and their trades always found a way to make things work. They really thought about each detail and worked hard to fit everything around our design. We now have a stunning bathroom, hallway and bedroom. The process was a lot less painful than we expected, once the actual work started. They met timeframes and went above and beyond to help. They really took ownership of the project and it meant that we felt that the price was worth it all, as they took away as much inconvenience as possible. Their Project Managers were great and in particular, Megan, who constantly kept us informed and dealt with any issues without drama. Now that the work is complete, we actually miss them all. Everyone who worked in our house treated it with respect and care. We are planning to use them for another renovation in the future...we just need to start saving now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and I recently had our very dated and old bathroom renovated by Refresh Renovations and have been rewarded with a brilliant modern new bathroom. This was our first renovation project ever and Refresh made it easy and seamless from step one through to completion. From our consultant Janelle through to our wonderful project manager Megan, it has been a rewarding experience in what can be a very stressful time! We would especially like to thank Megan for her patience, unfailing enthusiasm and smiling face and all her help in dealing with any hiccups that came up (very few of them!) We would highly recommend Refresh Renovations and happily use them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team were super onto it, dealing with some tricky plumbing issues from a '80s reno. The finished product is fabulous, and we were always kept up to date with where things were at. Extra gold stars for managing through COVID supply problems. I have used a couple of reno firms now, and would definitely recommend this team

Project management and communication was clear and consistent, and everyone on the team delivered exactly what they said they would. Start to finish the process for me as the homeowner was fantastic and very exciting - I didnt have the stress of dealing with tradies, scheduling and not to mention having to move things with lockdown!!! I will definitely be using in the future and recommending Refresh to all friends and family who are looking do any kind of renovations!
