★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with this company. My Ford Transit campervan broke in Owaka and these guys quoted me for $440 to drive 100km to come get me. This price was comparable with the other towing company quote. Jimmy, the towie, was quick and efficient and pleasant to talk to in the cab.

Incident time: around 3:50pm-4pm
We had a flat tyre and unfortunately we don’t have a spare tyre. Called Reilly’s towage and they said they will come to us.
We had to call them as a follow up:
- first follow up the guy said they’re dealing with car accidents.
- 2nd time, it was a new guy who’s on either evening shift or night shift stating he could see on their system about our incident but nothing was done about it.
- 3rd time, AFTER THREE HOURS - we called again just to let them know (as a courtesy) that we have called another company to help us out.... the guy, from Reilly’s, doesn’t sound as if he knew what was happening...???????? He wasn’t interested, just wasn’t interested.
Have a toddler boy who’s 3yo and a baby who’s just turned one. Luckily the night has just started and it’s still warm enough and we have foods and snacks with us.
We waited, and would be nice if Reilly would kept us informed about unable to attend to us unless we wait for so many hours, as a courtesy.
We’ve decided to go with Reillys as our first choice simply because the resident in the area highly recommended Reilly.
But three hours? 3 hours? No show, no courtesy call, nothing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were hired by AA to collect my broken down camper on Boxing Day from 200 kms away. I was on holiday with my family and it was a difficult situation. They were really helpful, even arranging to lend us a car the next day, a so we wouldn't be trapped in the hotel while our camper was being serviced. They stored the camper overnight and delivered it to the dealer for servicing early the next business day. They answered the phone after hours and were always very nice and helpful.
