★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at their property called Castle Cliff. The team at Relax its done were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an absolutely amazing time. We have previously used them in 2018 staying at Queenscliff and it so nice knowing everything is being taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some friends and I recently had the chance to stay at CASTLE CLIFF LODGE for my 40th Birthday, which was an incredible experience. My only wish would have been to stay longer. Great location, excellent facilities such sauna, spa, pool table, Ping-Pong table, a badass Led Zeppelin flipper, and plenty more. The perfect place for a friendly family gathering! Thanks, Relax It's Done team, for making our stay memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castle Cliff is simply stunning! Perfectly situated to enjoy stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Waking to the morning sun and relaxing in the spa in the evenings you simply never want to leave. Margaret and Abi ensured everything was perfectly set up on arrival. There is so much space available and the facilities at Castle Cliff are too numerous to list but the sauna, games and entertainment room, including pool table and bar were special highlights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received a very warm welcome and check-in service from Abi and her colleague. The heaters were already turned on and the outdoor tub was all set-up ready to be used.
Bel Lago has fantastic lake and mountain view from almost every window. We love spending time on the huge balcony and dipping in the hot tub. The sauna room is a nice surprise!
We had a very enjoyable 3 nights stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at The Views via Relax It’s Done and wow it really does have the most amazing beautiful views! The house also was amazing. We are a family of 5 and the setup was perfect, the kids had downstairs and we had the beautiful master upstairs waking up to the beauty of the lake each morning. We loved the family games on offer and played these every night around the cosy open gas fire.
It has been our best stay yet in Queenstown ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at castle cliff and it was the best place I've stayed at in a long time. Very well thought out and honestly you don't need to leave. Everything you want is at your disposal, the best part was waking up and having a cuppa watching the sunlight hit the mountains and getting ready for an amazing day in a tranquil part of New Zealand. Highly suggest staying here at castle cliff.
