She takes care of everything and keeps me in the loop so its completely stress free. She provides a better services than the bigger guys for less so I can't recommend her enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend Sarah Pewhairangi as a property manager to anyone ! She has absolutely no respect for potential tenants. She was rude and completely unreasonable, I would be horrified as a property owner to know she treats potential tenants this way. Sarah is hired to have the best interests of the owners in mind, and to treat ALL potential tenants with the utmost respect and care. These characteristics were not displayed in my interaction with Sarah which is why I have left this review.

She goes beyond the scope, keeping us updated throughout the build and also along every step of the marketing. Sarah is highly professional, proactive, always keep to her words and very attentive to details. We have never been so impressed before and the level of value-added service provided by Sarah just wowed us completely. Being out-of-town, we have absolute trust in Sarah and are very fortunate to have her manage our asset for us. We highly recommend Sarah and would not do this any other way.

She is really beyond my expectation as her services is very professional and fast in action. She did a splendid & excellent job in cleaning up the mess & damages left by previous tenant, in addition assist me to save major expenses for the cost of job to be done.
Sarah is honest, efficient & very competent with expertise.
