★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my coffee, it was a warm and friendly. I also had a scone which, I felt, had a too doughy and dense texture. I didn't feel like I was actually eating a scone. But the service was great and fast too.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting and you'll fall in love with the owner immediately – such a hard working woman. We need more cafés like this in New Zealand. This is a local business that I'd be wholeheartedly willing to support. The love and passion that goes into everything Reload Café does is inspiring. They serve Essenza coffee so please stop by for a beautifully crafted coffee, a bite to eat and a good chat with the locals. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe, Reload Café.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee and great service, but that’s about as far as it went. I ordered a coffee and an almond croissant. They asked me if I wanted it slightly warmed up to which I said yes. It appeared to have been blasted in the microwave rendering it over cooked and not edible, managed to pick my way thru some good bits and left the rest. I will got back for the coffee alone though.
