I brought my car in for an insurance-covered repair, which was dealt with quickly and within the agreed time..
When I found small paint marks on my car the day after, they got removed within minutes so that it wouldn't disrupt my day.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to change opening hours, because they can be difficult to accommodate for people whose work doesn't offer much flexibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Len from CRS inspected my vehicle this morning, took a plastic clip from my car body for comparison, brought me back 4 new ones and charged me for 5 (one being mine).
While paying by card I told him I only needed 3 (including mine) to which he said "No he'd checked".
When I went to put them into the car and noticed I was correct I went to return the unnecessary clips and asked for a cash return, to which he laughed saying "We have no cash" and declined to offer any other form of refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An approved insurance repairer yet blatantly lied and told me it was normal procedure to get my car fixed before the claim was approved. I was reluctant but since they were an approved repairer I trusted them as professionals. Once my car was repaired they withheld it from me and said I had to pay 2k since the claim hadn't been approved yet. The most stressful 2 weeks not having a car to go to work. I would not have consented to the repair if I was informed about this. People don't just have a spare 2k lying around. What's worse is they denied everything and claimed they never told me this....Len Lewis is who I dealt with, dishonest, inconsistent and cowardly. Knew exactly what he was doing. Must have been pretty desperate for work. Embarrassing for the insurance company to even be associated with too. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car for simple repair of a deep scratch on the lower side panel. When the car was ready to pick up, I noticed that the panel was not fitted back correctly and was detached from the body in one area. When I brought this to Len's attention, he said they may need to order another clip to put it back right. Took the car again, when the clip arrived, but they claimed it is not the right one and they will call me when they get the right clip. I never heard from them. I am sure they broke part of the panel fitting and they can not fix it properly and just wanted to dissolve this and not admitting any wrong doing. I would never go back to this unprofessional shop.
