★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an inopportune visit to the Grey Lynn store to view an item as I live out of town, when I mentioned a designer had suggested the piece I got the most terrible reception from the store person (hoping it wasn’t the owner!) it was like I had committed a heinous crime by visiting by myself , snobbery at it’s highest level sorry guys there are better ways of communicating the rules

We purchased 2 sofas, the quality is good, helpful staff when we purchased and after that the service was non existent. Went to pick up the sofas and the staff basically turned there backs and would not offer assistance of any form. A member of the public in store saw the predicament we were in and helped us collect the sofas. Products good, service non existent after placing the order. For that reason, would not make any more purchases.
